CEBADA MARKET
Hola! What better introduction to the Spanish way of eating than a tour through a Spanish Market? Follow your inner foodie into the insides of spanish culture: Among the historic streets of Malasaña you’ll find one of the remaining food markets of the city.
What we will discover inside is a diversity of local and fresh produce that shapes Spanish cuisine…

SATURDAY AFTERNOON TO SUNDAY
DISCOVER THE SPANISH APERITIVO!
When the market closes on weekends, the place to be is the traditional Spanish tabern. And nothing captures the essence of the aperitivo as a gilda. All the way from the basque country, a gilda combines Here, you’ll immerse yourself in a longstanding tradition of Spanish “encurtidos” (pickled snacks) by creating the perfect “Gilda.”
A Gilda is a classic Spanish tapa that combines pickled guindilla peppers, olives, and anchovies on a skewer. It’s the ideal accompaniment for a cold vermouth over ice with a fresh orange peel.
